Plaintiffs in civil litigation must prove that they have suffered damages as a result of the defendant's actions and then determine the amount of those damages. Stahl Consulting Group provides services to both plaintiffs and defendants. These services include preparing "damage models", providing alternative damage analysis, and critiquing another party's damage calculation. Our experience in litigation gives our clients the advantage of timely, accurate analyses necessary to evaluate their cases.
We have also been engaged to review discovery, provide production requests and interrogatory questions, analyze other expert reports and prepare attorneys for depositions, trials and cross-examination.
